Vegetable Pulao Recipe Ingredients
Basmati Rice – 1.5 cup
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
Cloves – 2
Green cardamom – 2
Black pepper – 2
Cinnamon – 1
3-4 Bay leaves
Chopped Green Chill – 2-3
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Peanuts – 1/4 cup
Chopped Carrot -1/4 cup
Cauliflower -1/4 cup
Greeen Peas – 1/4 cup
Chopped Potato – 1( Medium Size )
Chopped Capsicum – 1 small
Chopped Bins – 1/4 Cup
Chopped Onion – 1( Medium Size )
Chopped Tomato – 1 ( small size )
Salt to Taste
Biryani Msala Powder – 1.5 tsb
Ghee / Butter / Oil – 3-4 tsp
Curry Leaves – 3-4
Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves
Cashew Nuts – 8-10
Hot water – accordingly
Vegetables Pulao Recipe Method
1 – First wash rice and keep aside for half hour.
2 – Add ghee in Pressure Cooker, after heating oil add Bay leaves, cloves, Green cardamom, Black pepper,Cinnamon and fry for 30 seconds then add ginger garlic paste and fry more 30 second.
3 – Add 3-4curry leaves, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chopped green chilly, peanuts, and onion and fry until onion turns golden brown.
4 – Then add Cashew nuts , green peas, cauliflower, chopped bins, capsicum, potato, carrot, mix nicely and fry for 1-2 minutes then add tomato fry more 1 minute then add biryani msala powder suite very well.
5 – Then add soaked rice and mix nicely and then add hot water accordingly salt to taste and stir it and Close the lid and cook on medium heat until 2 whistles.
6 – Open the lid and loosen up rice with fork. and add coriander leaves.
